Hi Maverick, I always advice my sellers these days that if you could on, perhaps you may want to consider selling at a later stage when the market is in a better shape. Cos due to the weak market sentiment, most buyers would tend to press down your asking price if they do like your unit. For commission wise, it is at 2% but negotiable.
